Na mijn werk ben ik eerst nog even vluchtig langs Kamera-Express gereden om een nieuwe lens te halen voor onze fotocamera. Nu hebben we allebei een goed all-round lens en kunnen we beide fijn foto’s maken.
Papa komt ons ophalen en brengt ons door de heftige storm (volgens moeders) naar Schiphol. Na een snelle hap bij McDonalds is het al tijd om naar het vliegtuig te gaan.
Een half uurtje later dan gepland stijgen we op en al binnen een uurtje staan we veilig op de Engelse bodem.
De tickets voor de Gatwick Express had ik al online gekocht, dus hier konden we meteen instappen. Tegen negen uur in de avond komen we aan in ons hotel.
Lekker slapen en morgen kunnen we lekker door de stad gaan slenteren.
